Improve air conditioning noise levels!!! The pool needs urgent maintenance!!! Update the room appliances, especially the refrigerator and microwave!!!

The bed was fairly comfortable .

The shower in our room was completely non-functional, and switching rooms was a hassle. Once settled in the new room, I found multiple plugs taped over. The room had a strong odor that really impacted my comfort and made it difficult to relax.

The nightshift staff was extremely nice and helpful. Also the cleaning ladies. The location was perfect. It was very quiet and was perfect for what I needed to stay for. I am glad I stayed there still.

I understand it is not a new hotel. But the carpet was stained. The chair had stains on it and it just needs a nice upgrade. I think it in the perfect location, just needs some TLC and will be perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed favourable and unbeatable location of this property.

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but really nice memories from this trip. The hotel was nicely appointed with good wifi. They upgraded me to a well stocked room with an awesome view of downtown. The staff was helpful and excellent, and the service was good!

Our queen room was clean and cozy. Had a microwave for snacks! I loved the little table to enjoy meals.

breakfast was very good. pool was fabulous. clerk at night was very friendly. room was nice.

bed was a little hard. Check in time was little late, but was nice to not have 2b out til 12. the 2 clerks in the morning in the lobby seemed very unfriendly. they didn't say hi, smile, said nothing to us the whole time we were in there. very different from the night gentleman.

I got double charged and still waiting on refund. I paid cash and it's also been charged to my card.

Here's the real story

The bedding was comfortable was nice, but the air conditioning was a little too loud for peace. The breakfast was a letdown, with basic, unexciting options available. Cleanup is lacking, as guests reported odors and cleanliness issues. The pool sadly looked neglected, not inviting at all.

The king room was pretty decent. The bed was comfortable, always a plus. The layout was okay, but could use better placement of some furniture. There were microwaves and fridges, nice for snacks. But the shower wasn't that powerful, and I wished it had more hot water. Not the worst stay, but definitely could be improved.

It was a surprise to have a happy hour and that was nice. Age of the Motel was surprising that they were able to make the accommodations very nice inside the room. The outside grounds were clean well manicured the pool looked beautiful but a little too chilly to jump into hahaha the breakfast was good your usual Hotel breakfast.

They had my reservation if they could have assigned my room and turn the air conditioner on for me ahead of time that would have been really nice. But the air conditioner did catch up with itself and I was comfortable all night long

Had a blast with my friends! We explored the Coryell Museum and enjoyed a movie at The Last Drive-In Picture Show. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was a nice perk. Staff was super friendly.

The staff were all respectful, and the room was updated with a king size bed. Location: the hotel was near the city life, Gatesville texas and many restaurants.
